Payment and Delivery
- Payment Methods: We accept payment through various methods including credit/debit cards, UPI Payments , and cash on delivery (COD) for select locations.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Delivery: We offer nationwide delivery with standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Return Policy:
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Custom paint shades, damaged or opened paint buckets, or any other items that include liquid items or have surface damage or defects are not eligible for refunds.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.
- Refund Policy: Neelakanth Sanitaryware, Paints and Hardware will not refund any amount under any circumstances if the product fails to satisfy the return guidelines aforementioned under the Return Policy.
